5 tips for dealing with information/learning OVERLOAD

1. Limit the amount of stuff you read/watch/take in to only the important.
2. Give it a few days to sink in after you cram it all in.
3. Write it down in chart form(I.E. Mind Maps) for clarity and for a quick reference later on.
4. Give your brain a (day long) rest every week. Your brain needs time to heal, not sure if it’s true but I heard it somewhere.
5. Learn to speed read(Something I need to learn yet:))
