PostgreSQL Adds Text Search In 8.3.3!

As I mentioned ealier I’m involved in developing a social network. When I decided to start writing a search engine for the site I was happy to hear that Postgres, on it’s latest release-8.3.3, had some new added Full Text Search features. Until 8.3.3 MySQL was the only vendor of the two who had the Full text Search feature.

Yay! Another 1 up for Postgres.
